CONTACT US FOR A RETURNS NUMBER (RMA) If you wish to return an item within the first 7 days of receipt of goods for a full refund, please contact us within this timescale (7 days starting the day after receipt of goods) to request a RETURNS RMA (Returns number). If the item is a spare part or other small item that can be posted, please return it to us ensuring your FULL Name and Address, Order Number and the RMA number are shipped with the item to be returned. Please ensure the RMA is clearly written on the outside of the parcel to be returned to enable us to ensure your return goes promptly to the correct department. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost in return to ourselves. We will refund the cost of the original purchase along with the cost of returning the item. If are needing to return a shower or steam room, please contact us to organise collection. For a full refund, you are required to notify us of your request to retutn the item within your Statutory Returns period (starting 7 days from the day after your order was delivered) ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY If you wish to return an item under warranty for replacement, in the first instance please contact us for an RMA (Returns Number). We will not accept any items without a valid RMA number on the outside of the returning item package. Items to be repaired/replaced under Warranty (12 month from purchase) should be retuned so that we can repair or replace the item accordingly. RE-STOCKING CHARGES Where items are purchased with the hope to return one item and keep the correct part (such as two different types of thermostatic cartridge), then there will be a re-stocking fee applied to the returning item. All delivery and return costs will be borne by the customer. Restocking fee: £4.99 inc vat. Items returned after 7 days will NOT be accepted for re-stocking. Your Statutory Rights are not affected, so you may return items within 7 days for whatever reason for a full refund.
