Shipping and Delivery

Your new shower cabin or bath will be delivered by our supplier,  they will inform you of a suitable date.  All cabin deliveries are via courier who will deliver your item on a pallet,  usually 4 large heavy boxes.  Delivery will be made as close as possible to your front door;  Delivery drivers will not help unpack or move inside the property so please ensure you have help available.

If Bathtek are installing your cabin or bath,  then we will generally bring the item with us on the day of installation,  unless other arrangements have been made.  Cabins and baths are free delivery to most destinations (please check first as exclusions do apply)

All items delivered must be checked within 48 hours and any damages or shortages reported to ourselves immediately.
